Tired of mass produced products?

We make our glass straws by hand in our Vancouver Canada studio using an ancient technique called lamp-working. We create our critters and designs by melting, then fusing, coloured glass onto clear-glass straws with a 2000 F degree torch.

Looking for quality?

GlassSipper uses only the highest quality borosilicate glass from the Czech Republic, the same glass used to make Pyrex glassware. Our straws are natural, strong, toxin-free and BPA-free and can be used 100’s of times.

Good for hot and cold beverages, GlassSippers are dishwasher and microwave safe.

Love my custom straw!

I messaged Aimee asking if she could make a custom knitting straw for me and she said she would gladly try. My daughter made a quick sketch of knitting needles and a ball of yarn with the yarn wrapping around the straw. Aimee sent a photo to me showing a few straws with our custom design and I loved them! I ordered one for myself and one for a friend who is a knitter as well. Aimee is great to work with and her products are excellent!
