recently a glass sipper i gave as a gift did not survive an accidental drop in the kitchen. replacement free of charge was seamless i took advantage of the opportunity to gift one to myself and prep with a stockkng stuffer. love these sippers !

I love the straw very durable but the two I ordered look completely different from each other and one hardly looks like a sloth as it’s more white than defied. But for sure would order more best product, just wish I ordered a carrying case as transporting them scares me
